Equipment Description:

 

I. Auxiliary systems and automatic control

 

1. Filtration and circulation system
The high-precision bag filter (precision 5μm) is matched with a centrifugal pump to achieve continuous purification and recycling of degreasing liquid and pickling liquid.

2. Temperature control and monitoring
PLC controls temperature (±2℃) and processing time, and the touch screen displays pH value, conductivity and other parameters in real time, supporting data storage and traceability.

3. Environmental protection device
The acid mist collection tower (PP material) is combined with alkali solution spray neutralization, VOC emission ≤50mg/m³, which meets industrial environmental protection standards.

Main structures and components:

 

I. Tank system

1. Degreasing tank

Using corrosion-resistant materials (PP, PVC or stainless steel), with built-in alkaline degreasing liquid (pH 9-12), the surface grease and pollutants of the workpiece are removed by spraying or soaking.

Some equipment integrates heating tubes (titanium or quartz materials), with a temperature control range of 30-60℃ and a processing time of 3-10 minutes.

2. Pickling tank

Equipped with nitric acid or mixed acid solution (such as H₂SO₄+H₃PO₄), it is used to remove metal oxide layers and microscopic impurities, and the tank body is designed with a leak-proof structure.

3. Water washing tank

Multi-stage countercurrent water washing unit, equipped with high-pressure spray (0.2-0.5MPa) or ultrasonic oscillation device to ensure that the residual amount of liquid is ≤50μS/cm.

 

II. Shell and support structure

1. Equipment shell

Enclosed tunnel structure, using stainless steel plate bending and plug-in process, the weld is welded and closed to prevent liquid leakage.
Door openings are set at both ends for workpieces to enter and exit, and some models are equipped with transparent observation windows.
‌2. Liquid storage tank and base frame ‌ ‌ The liquid storage tank is located at the bottom of the spray section, integrated with the shell, and has a built-in stainless steel protective net to prevent foreign objects from falling.
The base frame is made of stainless steel square tube or corrosion-resistant PP material, taking into account both strength and chemical resistance.


3. ‌ Functional module ‌ ‌ ‌

1. Filtration and circulation system ‌ ‌ Equipped with high-precision bag filter (5μm level) and centrifugal pump to achieve circulation purification of degreasing liquid and pickling liquid.
The drainage system is graded for treatment, and acid and alkaline wastewater are discharged independently to avoid cross contamination.
‌ 2. Temperature control and exhaust system ‌ ‌ The electric heating system integrates liquid level sensor and over-temperature protection to ensure heating safety (accuracy ±2℃).
The exhaust system covers the main tank body and is equipped with exhaust gas treatment equipment (such as alkali liquid spray tower) to reduce VOC emissions.
‌ 3. Mechanical processing unit ‌ ‌ Sandblasting machine, polishing machine or roller polishing machine can be selected to remove severe oxide layer or surface roughening.


4. Auxiliary equipment
1. Spraying device
The high-pressure nozzle array covers the workpiece surface and is suitable for cleaning complex structural parts.
Some equipment integrates a swing mechanism to enhance cleaning uniformity.
2. Automation control module
PLC programming controls the process (such as time, temperature, spray pressure), and the touch screen displays parameters in real time and supports data traceability.
