1. Process flow
Feeding → Degreasing/pickling (hydrochloric acid or alkaline solution) → Electroplating (zinc/nickel plating, current density 1-5A/dm²) → Three-stage water washing → Passivation → Centrifugal dehydration (800-1200r/min) → Drying (60-80℃ hot air) → Unloading.

4. Application scenarios
Hardware manufacturing: zinc/nickel plating for small metal parts such as screws and springs, salt spray resistance ≥480 hours. Electronic components: silver/tin plating for connector contacts, surface resistance ≤0.05Ω. Plastic plating: chemical nickel plating for bathroom accessories, color uniformity error ≤±5%.
1. Track system
Circular climbing layout: The troughs are arranged along the circular track, and the continuous climbing and lifting action of the hanger is realized through chain transmission. The horizontal pitch can be adjusted according to the beat time (15-50 seconds).
Transmission mechanism: The variable frequency speed motor drives the chain, supporting the synchronous operation of vertical lifting and horizontal movement, and the single arm load is ≤7kg (suitable for small workpieces), and the load capacity can be expanded to 30kg (vertical lifting type).
2. Hangers and transfer devices
Fishing-type hangers: titanium alloy or PP material hangers, suitable for small workpieces such as screws and connectors (less than Φ50mm), and the detachable design supports fast changeover and multi-plating switching.
Positioning system: The photoelectric sensor cooperates with the mechanical limit device to ensure that the positioning accuracy of the hanger is ≤±0.5mm during the climbing process to avoid dripping of plating liquid and contamination of adjacent troughs.
3. Tank unit
Functional configuration: According to the process flow, the electroplating tank, pickling tank, washing tank, etc. are configured. The tank body adopts a fully enclosed design of PP/PVC material to reduce the volatilization of acid mist and the waste of plating solution.
Liquid circuit circulation: The magnetic pump is equipped with a 5μm precision filter, and the plating solution recycling rate is ≥95%, ensuring the uniformity of the coating (error ≤±5%).
4. Control system
PLC integrated control: Preset multiple sets of electroplating parameters (current density 1-5A/dm², temperature 25-60℃), support automatic alarm, fault shutdown and tank skipping process (such as skipping the washing tank after passivation).
Temperature control module: The titanium heating tube maintains the temperature fluctuation of the tank liquid ≤±1℃, and the indirect cooling system prevents overheating from causing the plating solution to fail.
5. Environmental protection and auxiliary system
Acid mist treatment: The closed tank body is equipped with an alkali liquid spray tower, and the acid mist purification efficiency is ≥90%, which meets the requirements of RoHS and chromium-free passivation.
Wastewater reuse: The RO reverse osmosis system achieves a wastewater reuse rate of ≥80%, a COD value of ≤50mg/L, and meets environmental emission standards.
