1. Process flow
Feeding → Pre-degreasing → Alkaline etching → Neutralization → Anodizing → Dyeing → Sealing → Drying → Unloading.
2. Control system
PLC + touch screen: Preset multiple sets of process parameters (oxidation time 10-60 minutes, temperature -5~30℃), support full automatic/semi-automatic/manual mode switching, with fault alarm and process data recording functions.
Real-time monitoring: Collect current density, temperature, pH value and other parameters, process fluctuation rate <1%, and display the operating status in real time through the touch screen.

4. Application scenarios
Architectural aluminum profiles: Decorative oxidation of curtain walls, door and window frames (film thickness 10-15μm).
Automotive parts: Hard oxidation treatment (film thickness ≥ 25μm) to improve wear resistance and weather resistance.
Electronic housing: Conductive oxidation process (film thickness 5-8μm), taking into account both protection and electromagnetic shielding functions.
I. Core structure
1. Transmission system
Gantry crane: Equipped with variable frequency speed motor (horizontal speed 4-40m/min, lifting speed 7-12m/min), supports single hook load ≤500kg, and can achieve vertical lifting and 90° swinging action.
Positioning device: Integrated photoelectric sensor and RFID identification system, hanger positioning accuracy ≤±0.5mm, ensuring accurate transfer of workpieces between processes.
2. Tank unit
Oxidation tank: Using sulfuric acid electrolyte (H₂SO₄ concentration 150-200g/L), equipped with titanium alloy cathode plate and adjustable DC power supply, supporting conventional oxidation (film thickness 5-50μm) or hard oxidation (film thickness ≥25μm).
Pretreatment tank group: including degreasing tank (alkaline solution), alkaline etching tank (50-60℃ NaOH) and neutralization tank (nitric acid solution), used to remove grease and oxide layer on the surface of aluminum.
3. Closed structure
Closed cover and window: Fully closed structure design, equipped with observation window and maintenance window, reduce chemical gas leakage and improve workshop environment safety.
II. Auxiliary system
1. Circulation filtration system
Magnetic pump with PP filter element (precision 5μm) to achieve electrolyte recycling rate ≥95%, reduce impurity deposition.
2. Environmental treatment system
Exhaust system: Closed tank combined with alkali spray tower, acid mist purification efficiency ≥90%, in line with RoHS standards.
Wastewater reuse device: RO reverse osmosis technology treats wastewater, reuse rate ≥80%, COD value ≤50mg/L.
3. Power supply and temperature control system
High-frequency DC power supply: Output accuracy ±0.1A/dm², hard oxidation requires pulse mode (duty cycle 10%-30%) to reduce the internal stress of the membrane layer.
Temperature control module: titanium heating tube and plate heat exchanger are linked, the bath temperature fluctuation is ≤±1℃, and hard oxidation needs to maintain a low temperature environment of -5~10℃.
III. Control system

IV. Other key components
