1. Process flow example

Feeding → Degreasing/pickling (alkaline solution ultrasonic cleaning + hydrochloric acid treatment) → Electroplating (galvanizing/nickel plating, current density 1-5A/dm²) → Three-stage water washing → Passivation (trivalent chromium or chromium-free process) → Centrifugal drying (800-1200r/min) → Hot air drying (60-80℃) → Unloading.

Main structures and components:

 

1. Track system
Annular layout: The tanks are arranged in the order of the process flow, the tank width is uniform (matching the size of the hanger), and the horizontal pitch is determined by the processing time and the moving beat.
Transmission mode: hydraulic drive (large equipment) or chain drive (small equipment), to achieve vertical lifting or swing lifting, and the running speed is adjustable (beat time 35 seconds to 1 minute).


2. Tank unit
Functional tank group: including electroplating tank, degreasing tank, pickling tank, washing tank, passivation tank, etc., made of PP/PVC or stainless steel, and fully enclosed structure to reduce volatilization.
Size design: The length of the tank is determined by the processing time, and the depth and lifting height are determined by the size of the workpiece and the hanger.


3. Transmission and lifting mechanism
Vertical lifting device: servo motor drives the chain/guide rail, positioning accuracy ≤±0.5mm, load capacity ≤200kg, supports slot jumping, dripping and other actions.
‌Hanger design‌: detachable titanium alloy/PP hanger, suitable for small workpieces (such as screws, connectors), adjustable horizontal pitch.
