Equipment Description:

 

1. Process flow

Feeding → Pre-degreasing (40-60℃ alkaline solution) → Alkaline etching (50-60℃ NaOH) → Neutralization (nitric acid solution) → Anodizing (H₂SO₄ electrolyte) → Dyeing → Sealing → Drying (60-80℃ hot air) → Unloading.


2. Auxiliary system

1. Circulation filtration system

Magnetic pump + PP filter element (precision 5μm), plating solution recycling rate ≥ 95%, reduce impurity deposition.
2. Environmental protection treatment system

Acid mist purification: closed tank + alkali solution spray tower, acid mist purification efficiency ≥ 90%, in line with RoHS standards.

Wastewater reuse: RO reverse osmosis system, wastewater reuse rate ≥ 80%, COD value ≤ 50mg/L.
‌3. Power supply system‌
High-frequency switching power supply (output accuracy ±0.1A/dm²), hard oxidation requires pulse power supply (duty cycle 10%-30%) to reduce internal stress.


3. Control system‌
‌PLC+touch screen‌: preset multiple sets of process parameters (oxidation time 10-60 minutes, temperature -5~30℃), support fault alarm, slot switching operation and process data recording.
‌Intelligent monitoring‌: real-time collection of current density, temperature, pH value and other parameters, process fluctuation rate <1%.

5. Equipment selection recommendations
Small parts/multiple varieties: Prioritize the gantry single hook production line, which supports fast model change (slot change time ≤ 15 minutes).
Large batch/high hardness: Use a dedicated hard anodizing line, equipped with an independent refrigeration unit (-5℃ low temperature control) and a pulse power supply.

 

Main structures and components:

 

‌I. Core structure and composition‌
‌1. Pretreatment unit‌
‌Degreasing tank‌: Use alkaline solution (NaOH concentration 40-60g/L) to remove grease on the aluminum surface through ultrasonic or air stirring to ensure the uniformity of the subsequent oxide film.
‌Alkali etching tank‌: Equipped with a constant temperature system (50-60℃), high-concentration NaOH solution (50-100g/L) dissolves the surface oxide layer and impurities of the aluminum material to control the surface roughness ≤Ra 0.8μm.
‌Neutralization tank‌: Nitric acid or sulfuric acid solution neutralizes the residual alkali solution to prevent secondary contamination of the oxidation tank.
‌2. Anodic oxidation unit‌
‌Oxidation tank‌: Sulfuric acid electrolyte (H₂SO₄ concentration 150-200g/L), titanium alloy cathode plate and aluminum anode form an electrolytic circuit, the current density is 100-200A/m², and supports the formation of an oxide film with a film thickness of 5-50μm.
Hard oxidation requires a low temperature environment (-5~10℃), equipped with titanium heating tubes and plate heat exchangers, and temperature fluctuations ≤±1℃.
‌Power supply system‌: high-frequency DC or pulse power supply (output accuracy ±0.1A/dm²), hard oxidation requires pulse mode (duty cycle 10%-30%) to reduce the internal stress of the film layer.
‌3. Post-processing unit‌
‌Dyeing tank‌: organic/inorganic dyes are used, and the circulating filtration system (5μm filter element) ensures dyeing uniformity (error ≤±5%).
‌Sealing tank‌: nickel salt sealing (temperature 95-100℃) or boiling water sealing process to improve the corrosion resistance of the oxide film (CASS test ≥48 hours).
‌4. Transmission and positioning system‌
‌Gantry crane‌: frequency conversion speed regulation motor drive, horizontal speed 4-40m/min, single hook load ≤500kg, support vertical lifting and swinging movements.
‌Positioning device‌: Photoelectric sensor cooperates with RFID identification system, and the positioning accuracy of the hanger is ≤±0.5mm to ensure the synchronization of the process.
‌5. Control system‌ ‌PLC control module‌: Preset multiple sets of process parameters (oxidation time 10-60 minutes, temperature -5~30℃), support fault alarm and process data recording.
‌Real-time monitoring‌: Collect parameters such as current density, temperature, pH value, and process fluctuation rate <1%.
