This specialized oven performs high-temperature drying and curing of coating films on metal workpieces following electrophoresis. Utilizing hot-air circulation and precise temperature control, it ensures complete cross-linking and curing of electrophoretic paint films for superior surface protection quality.
Working Principle
Parameters including drying temperature, hot-air circulation speed, curing duration, and exhaust heat recovery are controlled via PLC or industrial computer. Workpieces undergo multi-stage processing according to preset programs including preheating/ramp-up, isothermal curing, cooling, and exhaust gas purification.
