Equipment Overview
Installed beneath overhead conveyor tracks and power-and-free chain systems in coating lines, this safety netting system catches falling workpieces and hangers due to equipment failure, detachment, or collisions. It prevents injuries and equipment damage while ensuring safe production operations in coating pretreatment areas.
Working Principle
Integrated with the conveyor line's safety circuit via PLC or industrial computer. When abnormal impacts or pressure on the net are detected, the system triggers audible-visual alarms and automatically initiates emergency stops for overhead sections, aisle crossings, pre-drying buffer zones, and unloading areas.
