Combined Spray and Immersion Pretreatment System for Coating Lines

Automated pre-treatment system designed for complex metal workpieces, combining high-pressure spray rinsing with full immersion processing to achieve superior cleaning and coating preparation.

Equipment Overview

This system performs automated pre-treatment processes including pre-degreasing, main degreasing, derusting, surface conditioning, phosphating/zirconium coating, and passivation. PLC-controlled parameters ensure precise treatment of both external surfaces and internal cavities in complex components.

Process Flow

Loading → Pre-degreasing Spray → Main Degreasing Immersion/Wash → Rinse 1 (Spray/Immersion) → Surface Conditioning Immersion/Wash → Phosphating/Zirconium Coating Immersion/Wash → Rinse 2 (Spray) → Pure Water Rinse (Combined Immersion/Spray) → Moisture Drying → Unloading
