This system provides comprehensive circulation, agitation, and uniform dispersion of bath fluid during anodic/cathodic electrophoresis coating processes for metal workpieces. It employs continuous jet agitation to prevent paint solids sedimentation, ensuring efficient film deposition and superior coating quality.
Working Principle
System parameters including main/auxiliary circulation pump flow rates, tank bottom and side flow velocities, and Venturi nozzle injection pressure are precisely controlled via PLC or industrial computer automation.
Process Flow
Electrophoresis bath fluid intake → Pressurization by main circulation pump → Multi-stage bag/precision filtration → Temperature control via plate heat exchanger → Jet agitation via Venturi nozzles at tank bottom/sides → Tank surface overflow → Ultrafiltration recovery from overflow tank → Recirculation
