Automated surface pre-treatment and cathodic electrophoretic primer coating system designed specifically for motorcycle frames and similar metal workpieces.

Equipment Purpose

Automated surface pre-treatment (degreasing, rust removal, surface conditioning, silane/zirconium treatment/phosphating) and cathodic electrophoretic primer coating for metal workpieces, particularly motorcycle frames. Achieves efficient cleaning and dense, anti-corrosive pre-coating film through fully automatic immersion and spray methods.

Working Principle

PLC or industrial computer controls parameters including rectifier voltage, bath temperature, immersion/spray time, and ultrafiltration/recovery. Motorcycle frames are processed through multiple stages according to preset programs for complete surface treatment.
