Automated surface pre-treatment and cathodic electrophoretic primer coating system designed specifically for large metal frames, delivering superior corrosion protection and precision surface treatment.

Equipment Purpose

Designed for automated surface pre-treatment (degreasing, silane/zirconium treatment, or phosphating) and cathodic electrophoretic primer coating on metal workpieces, particularly large frames. Achieves efficient cleaning and dense, high-quality pre-coating film through fully automatic immersion and spray methods.

Working Principle

PLC or industrial computer controls parameters including rectifier voltage, bath temperature, immersion time, ultrafiltration recovery, and conveyor chain speed. Large frames are processed through multiple stages according to preset programs for comprehensive surface treatment.

Loading → Pre-degreasing Spray → Degreasing Immersion → Water Rinse 1 → Surface Conditioning → Phosphating/Silane/Zirconium Treatment → Water Rinse 2 → Pure Water Rinse → Intelligent Cathodic Electrophoretic Coating → Ultrafiltration Rinses (UF1-UF3) → Pure Water Circulation Rinse → Drying & Curing → Unloading
