This specialized automated coating system is designed for applying primer, topcoat, and anti-corrosion coatings to ultra-long fluoropolymer liners (steel-lined PTFE/PFA/FEP pipes). Utilizing DISK or reciprocating automatic spraying methods, it delivers high efficiency, superior film build, and exceptional coating uniformity for both protective and decorative applications.
Working Principle
Workpieces are loaded via heavy-duty conveyor chains or overhead cranes into the spray booth. A spraying robot or reciprocating mechanism, synchronized with precision rotation systems, performs controlled spraying according to preset parameters. Following application, workpieces proceed through multi-zone constant-temperature drying ovens for leveling, curing, and cooling.
