Equipment Description:

 

1. Equipment Function Description
The electronic aging box (also known as the constant temperature aging box) is a device used to simulate high temperature environment and perform aging tests on electronic products, components, batteries, PCB boards, etc. It accelerates the degradation of material performance and detects the stability, reliability and life of products under long-term high temperature working conditions. It is widely used in electronic manufacturing, new energy, automotive electronics and other fields.

1. Main structure and design
The structural design of the electronic aging box is centered on temperature uniformity and safety, and is mainly divided into the following parts:
Structural module functions and features
1. Box body - Material: Double-layer structure, the outer box is cold-rolled steel plate sprayed, the inner box is stainless steel (SUS304), and the middle is filled with a high-temperature resistant insulation layer.
- Sealing: Silicon rubber sealing strip + double-layer tempered glass observation window to ensure that the temperature does not leak.
2. Heating system - Nickel-chromium alloy electric heater or ceramic heating tube is used, distributed on the top/bottom of the inner tank to achieve rapid heating.
- With the circulation fan (centrifugal impeller) forced convection, the temperature uniformity can reach within ±2℃.
3. Temperature control system - The core is a PID intelligent controller (such as Omron/Siemens), which supports multi-segment programming.
- With a PT100 platinum resistance sensor, the accuracy is ±0.1℃.
‌4. Safety device‌ - Independent over-temperature protector, leakage circuit breaker, over-current protection.
- Automatically cut off the power supply and alarm in abnormal state.

Human-machine interface: touch screen/LED digital display panel, supports temperature curve recording and data export (optional RS485/USB interface).
