Gantry electrophoretic production line is an automatic painting equipment, using gantry structure design, suitable for large workpiece electrophoretic painting. The core process is electrophoretic coating, which uses electric field to deposit paint particles uniformly on the surface of the workpiece to form a high-quality coating. The production line usually includes pre-treatment, electrophoretic coating, drying and other processes, which can achieve efficient, environmentally friendly and high-quality coating effects.
1, gantry electrophoresis production line is mainly composed of pre-treatment equipment, electrophoresis tank, gantry conveyor system, post-treatment equipment, control system, environmental protection equipment.
2, the main structure of the equipment pre-treatment system functions: cleaning, oil removal, rust removal, phosphating and other treatment of the workpiece surface to ensure that the surface is clean and improve the adhesion of the coating. In the core equipment of electrophoretic coating, the workpiece adsorbs the paint particles in the tank through the action of electric field to form a uniform coating.
Tanks (made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or PP), anode systems (to create an electric field), circulation filtration systems (to keep the paint uniform), temperature control systems (to control the temperature of the electrophoresis tank), gantry conveyor systems to transfer the workpiece on the production line according to the process, ensuring continuous production. The drying equipment cures the electrophoretic coating with heat to ensure that the coating is strong and durable. Post-treatment equipment for further treatment of the electrophoretic coating, such as cleaning, cooling, etc. The control system monitors and adjusts the operating parameters of the production line to ensure the coating quality. The environmental protection equipment treats the waste water and exhaust gas generated during the painting process to ensure environmental protection standards.
