As a new material coating, the fastener self-lubricating coating production line has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance and is widely used in industrial parts. Its process flow is loading → automatic dust removal → preheating → automatic pre-spraying → robot automatic spraying → offline re-spraying → leveling → curing section A → curing section B → loading, which is suitable for the spraying process of special coatings.
1. Composition of paint spraying equipment The paint spraying room adopts a water cyclone structure, which consists of a room body, an air supply system, a bottom paint mist treatment device, an exhaust system, a water circulation system, and a paint supply system. Under the action of the air supply fan, a certain negative wind speed is formed in the room (the wind speed is between 0.3 and 0.7 m/s), and the exhaust gas falls into the water from top to bottom along the water curtain plate. The exhaust gas is treated by a set of cyclone plate washing tower equipment and then discharged. 2. Main structure of the equipment The overall equipment adopts a reasonable and effective design during design, which can withstand the additional force caused by the imbalance of wind pressure when the equipment starts and the overall load-bearing capacity, so as to achieve the optimization of the structure. 3. Exhaust gas treatment device The design of the exhaust gas treatment device is based on national standards and is discharged after treatment by a cyclone tower.
