Equipment Description:

 

1. Process flow and parameters
Typical process steps
Pre-treatment: degreasing (alkaline solution) → phosphating (zinc or iron) → pure water washing → activation;
Electrophoretic coating: anodic electrophoresis (voltage 40-70V, time 2-5 minutes) → UF liquid spraying → pure water washing;
Post-treatment: drying (120-180℃, 20-40 minutes) → cooling → quality inspection.

I. Main structure

1. Electrophoresis tank system

Main tank: Made of PP or stainless steel, designed as a boat-shaped or rectangular structure, the capacity is determined according to the workpiece size and film thickness requirements, and equipped with overflow auxiliary tank to control the liquid level.

Auxiliary tank: used to store overflow tank liquid, with a volume of 1/10 of the main tank, and linked with the main tank through a circulation pump to prevent the paint liquid from settling.

2. Anode system

Anode tube: Made of 316L stainless steel, ruthenium titanium tube or titanium metal, the surface is covered with a double-layer semipermeable membrane (pore size ≤0.1μm) to prevent the diffusion of impurity ions.

Anode liquid circulation module: integrated with liquid storage tank and circulation pump (flow rate 6-10L/min·m²), the conductivity is maintained at ≤1500μS/cm through an acid neutralization system (such as citric acid).


2. Core components

1. Circulation filtration system

Circulation pump: flow rate 1-5m³/h, tank bottom flow rate ≥0.4m/s, liquid surface flow rate ≥0.2m/s, prevent pigment sedimentation 78.

Filter device: coarse filter (50μm filter bag): intercept foreign matter to protect the circulation pump;
Precision filter (5μm filter element): reduce paint film particle defects.

2. Heat exchange system

Plate heat exchanger: adjust the tank liquid temperature to 28±1℃ through 7-10℃ cooling water or 40-45℃ warm water.

 

3. Ultrafiltration recovery system

Ultrafiltration membrane assembly: roll or tubular ultrafiltration membrane (molecular weight cutoff 5-10kDa), separate concentrated paint liquid and ultrafiltrate, paint recovery rate ≥95%.

UF liquid spray device: pressure 0.3-0.6MPa, used for post-stage flushing of workpieces to reduce paint loss.


‌4. Power supply and control system‌
‌DC rectifier‌: output voltage 40-70V, ripple factor ≤5%, support segmented boost (such as 10-15s to the working voltage).
‌PLC control module‌: real-time monitoring of conductivity, pH value and temperature, touch screen display and storage of data.


‌5. Post-processing equipment‌
‌Spray tank‌: multi-stage countercurrent water washing (pure water conductivity ≤50μS/cm) to remove floating paint.
‌Drying and curing equipment‌: drying room temperature 120-180℃, curing time 20-40 minutes, to ensure the adhesion of the paint film.
