I. Typical process flow
1. Pretreatment stage: degreasing → pickling → water washing, removing the oxide layer and impurities on the workpiece surface.
2. Surface treatment stage: electroplating/passivation/oxidation: the robot grabs the workpiece and immerses it in the corresponding tank, and the coating thickness (5-30μm) and reaction time (30-300 seconds) are controlled by the program.
3. Post-processing stage: three-stage countercurrent water washing → centrifugal drying → hot air drying (60-80℃) → automatic unloading.

I. Core modules
1. Closed processing unit
Tanker structure : Made of PP/PVC or corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the fully enclosed design prevents the escape of chemical gases, with built-in electroplating tank, passivation tank, pickling tank, etc.
Liquid circulation system : Equipped with a magnetic pump and a 5μm precision filter to achieve closed-loop circulation of plating liquid/passivation liquid, with a utilization rate of ≥95%.
2. Automated conveying system
Gantry track : Equipped with a servo-driven manipulator (6-axis linkage), positioning accuracy ≤±0.5mm, supporting precise transportation of hangers or rollers.
Chain transmission device : Fully enclosed track combined with chain or magnetic suspension drive, adjustable transportation speed (1-3m/min), suitable for multi-station collaborative operations.
3. Intelligent control module
PLC+HMI control : Integrated Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC, preset process parameters (temperature, pH value, time), support real-time monitoring, fault alarm and data storage.
Visual inspection system: Industrial cameras monitor the state of the tank liquid and the surface quality of the workpiece, and automatically adjust the process parameters.
4. Environmental protection treatment system Waste gas purification device: Acid mist collection hood + alkali liquid spray tower + activated carbon adsorption, treat harmful gases such as NOx and HCl, and the purification efficiency is ≥95%. Wastewater reuse device: RO reverse osmosis technology is used to achieve zero discharge of wastewater or low-concentration discharge that meets the standards.
II. Auxiliary equipment
1. Pretreatment module Degreasing tank: Alkaline solution ultrasonic cleaning removes surface oil. Pickling tank: Hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid solution removes the oxide layer. 2.
