3. Operation mode and energy-saving characteristics
1. Conventional cooling mode: In summer, compressor cooling is used to meet high load requirements.
2. Natural cooling mode (FREECOOLING): Transition season: Use cold air to pre-cool the chilled water, and the insufficient part is supplemented by the compressor, reducing energy consumption by 30%-50%.
Winter: Completely rely on natural cold air cooling, the compressor is shut down, and only the fan operation power consumption is required.
4. Installation and maintenance precautions
1. Installation environment: Good ventilation is required to avoid radiator blockage, and outdoor installation is recommended.
2. Wiring specifications: The three-phase power supply must match the phase, and the grounding protection must be reliable.
3. Heat dissipation maintenance: Clean the dust on the condenser fins regularly to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.
4. Antifreeze protection: When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the antifreeze circulation must be started or the water tank must be emptied.

1. Core Refrigeration Components
1. Compressor
Function: compress low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas to drive the refrigeration cycle.
Type: fully enclosed piston, screw or scroll compressor to meet different power requirements.
2. Condenser
Structure: finned heat exchanger, forced air cooling by fan to condense high-temperature gaseous refrigerant into liquid.
Cooling maintenance: fin dust needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.
3. Evaporator
Function: liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes in the evaporator, absorbing the heat of chilled water to achieve refrigeration.
Type: shell and tube or plate structure, directly exchange heat with chilled water.
4. Expansion valve
Function: throttling and reducing pressure, converting high-pressure liquid refrigerant into low-temperature and low-pressure wet vapor, entering the evaporator to absorb heat.

Dry filter: Filter impurities and moisture in the refrigerant to prevent system clogging.
Oil filter: Filter impurities in the compressor lubrication system to protect the oil pump.

Drives the chilled water circulation to deliver the cooled cold water to the user end.
