Steady voltage/stable current mode: supports automatic switching to meet the requirements of electrophoretic paint film thickness and density.
Segment control: multi-stage voltage/current rise mode, each segment parameter can be customized to improve coating uniformity and adhesion.
Soft start and protection: 0-180 seconds soft start reduces current shock, integrated overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, lack of phase and other multiple protection and sound and light alarm.

1. Control system
PLC + touch screen: supports digital setting of parameters such as voltage, current, time, etc., and can be connected to industrial bus networks such as PROFIBUS and MODBUS to achieve remote joint control.
Dual standby control: Some models use dual digital trigger control boards or dual-channel PLCs to improve equipment reliability.
2. Adaptation scenarios
Cathode/anode electrophoresis: Cathode type: output voltage 200-350V, suitable for thick film coating of automobile bodies, building materials, etc.; Anode type: low voltage type (50-100V) or high voltage type (150-250V), suitable for precision workpieces.
Special process: periodic commutation, AC/DC superposition and other modes to enhance the hardness and brightness of the coating.

1. Shell and heat dissipation system
Adopt reinforced PVC sheet and alloy aluminum body, built-in radiator, support air cooling, water cooling or oil-immersed water cooling and other cooling methods, adapt to high-load operating environment
Some designs are sealed cabinets to prevent salt spray acidification and reduce the influence of eddy current heating in large current magnetic fields
2. Rectifier transformer
Adopt 0.27-0.35mm high permeability oxygen-free silicon steel sheet, designed as a five-column three-phase input structure, and oxygen-free copper wire is used for primary and secondary windings. The insulation and stability are improved by two vacuum varnishing processes

1. Main circuit design
Supports circuit structures such as double reverse star belt balancing reactor, three-phase bridge parallel, same-phase reverse parallel double reverse star belt balancing reactor, realize twelve-phase pulse rectification, and reduce harmonic interference
The power components use high-power thyristors or thyristor modules (such as Fuji brand in Japan), supporting high-precision current/voltage output (ripple coefficient ≤5%).
2. Polarity control module
It has three working modes: forward, reverse and periodic commutation. The positive and negative switching time and current/voltage parameters can be customized to improve the hardness and brightness of the coating.
3. Cooling system
Cooling method: supports self-cooling outdoor, air cooling (built-in turbo fan), water cooling (circulating water circuit) or oil-immersed water cooling (oil circulation + water-cooled heat exchange), users can choose according to process requirements.
4. Control system
1. Trigger and adjustment module
Integrated three-phase digital trigger control board, adopts a large board structure optimized by computer, with multiple protections (overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, etc.) and anti-interference capabilities.
Some models are equipped with dual standby control systems (such as dual trigger control boards or dual-channel PLCs) to improve operational reliability. 2. Automation function
Support PLC programming control, realize voltage/current segmented adjustment (0-180 seconds soft start), automatic timing, remote joint control (PROFIBUS/MODBUS protocol) and other functions.
5. Electrode system
Anode plate/cathode plate: adopt high corrosion-resistant electrodes (such as titanium alloy), with squirrel cage structure pole cover, large unit area and light weight, support slide rail adjustment spacing.
Cathode liquid circulation system: maintain the pH balance of cathode liquid through the circulation pump to prevent electrophoresis tank liquid contamination.

1. Power input module: adapt to three-phase AC380V±10% or single-phase 220V±10% industrial power grid, output 0-2000V DC voltage after rectification (can be customized to higher specifications).
