1. Power unit
Explosion-proof fan: ABB turbine motor, air volume 2000-10000m³/h, insulation grade B, suitable for high temperature, high humidity and flammable environment;
Negative pressure system: Stable negative pressure (-8000Pa) is generated by centrifugal fan to ensure efficient smoke inhalation.
2. Intelligent control system
PLC control: Integrated differential pressure sensor (monitoring filter element resistance), temperature alarm module, automatic triggering pulse cleaning or shutdown protection;
Human-machine interface: Support manual/automatic mode switching, real-time display of operating parameters (air volume, pressure difference, temperature, etc.).


2. Type and applicable scenarios
1. Cartridge dust collector
Applicable scenarios: conventional welding such as arc welding and CO₂ shielded welding, processing air volume 2000-5000m³/h, emission concentration <5mg/m³.
2. Electrostatic purifier Applicable scenarios: high-concentration sticky smoke (such as aluminum alloy welding), adsorbing 0.1μm ultra-fine particles through electrostatic field, purification efficiency ≥99.5%. 3. Mobile stand-alone equipment Features: equipped with brake casters, flexible movement; noise <75dB, support direct circulation and emission of purified air in the workshop.

 

3. Performance advantages High-efficiency purification:

4. Maintenance and operation points

1. Cleaning cycle Pulse cleaning is automatically started when the pressure difference reaches 800-1500Pa, and forced cleaning can be performed through the control panel in manual mode.
2. Replacement of filter element
Standard: Replacement is required when the filter material is damaged, the pressure difference is >2000Pa after repeated cleaning, or the purification efficiency drops by 20%.
3. Daily maintenance
Clean the ash hopper and fire barrier regularly (once a week), check the sealing of the hose to avoid air leakage.

1. Air intake and collection system

Universal vacuum arm: can rotate 360° and cover the welding area, with high temperature resistant vacuum hose (temperature resistance ≥120℃), supports flexible adjustment of vacuum position.

Dust hood: with air volume regulating valve, adjust suction according to welding intensity to ensure efficient capture of smoke.

Fire arrester: intercept welding sparks and large particles of slag (≥10μm) to prevent filter element from burning.

2. Filter module

High efficiency filter element: First level interception: flame retardant high efficiency filter element (such as PTFE coated polyester fiber or glass fiber), filtration accuracy of 0.3μm, capture efficiency ≥99%;

Second level purification: activated carbon filter (optional), adsorbs harmful gases and odors such as benzene and formaldehyde.

Clean room: the filter element is stored in a sealed cavity to ensure that the smoke is completely filtered through the filter material before being discharged. ‌3. Cleaning and collection system‌
‌Pulse back-blowing device‌: 0.6-0.8MPa compressed air is used to periodically blow the filter element in the opposite direction to remove the dust on the surface, and the cleaning efficiency is >95%.
