1. Powder supply chamber
Adopts closed stainless steel or carbon steel structure design, equipped with quick-release sealing cover, effectively reducing powder overflow .
Built-in powder barrel vibration platform to ensure uniform fluidization of powder and avoid agglomeration .
2. Powder supply pump platform
Integrated Venturi pneumatic vacuum pump, drives powder fluidization and transports it to the spray gun through compressed air, supports flow and atomization state adjustment .
Some models are driven by vertical vibration motor to achieve efficient powder transmission .
3. Powder barrel assembly
Round or square powder barrel (capacity ≥50LB), made of stainless steel or corrosion-resistant carbon steel, with built-in powder level sensor, real-time monitoring of residual amount and triggering alarm .
2. Recovery and screening system
1. Powder recovery system
It consists of an exhaust fan, a filter element device and an air duct, and recovers excess powder through negative pressure adsorption, with a recovery rate of ≥95% . The sealing design is combined with silicone sealing strips, with a dustproof rate of ≥95%, suitable for dust-free workshop environments.
2. Vibration screening module
Equipped with a 15-inch open screen (customizable mesh size of 20-200 mesh), using wire mesh or nylon material, and supports multi-layer screening.
Equipped with a bouncing ball or ultrasonic screen cleaning device, it automatically cleans the particles blocking the screen, and the screening efficiency is increased by more than 30%.
